AMC Management, LLC takes the health of our staff, clients, and the Owners who reside within the communities we service very seriously. For this reason, we have adopted certain temporary policies in the interest of public health. Firstly, beginning March 17, 2020, all in person meetings between our staff and third parties are to be postponed until after April 24, 2020. Secondly, our office will, for the foreseeable future, be closed to the public. Payments can be dropped off via the mail slot in our front door, however only check or money order will be accepted, no cash please. Please include your name and account number with your payment to ensure it is posted to the proper account. Lastly, in the interest of the health of our staff and their families, our employees will be working fewer days each week. Emergency items will be prioritized during this time in an effort to ensure our clients receive necessary services. This change may impact our response times on non-priority items. We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and this policy may be further amended should conditions change. We work in close contact with the Board to develop a management plan that will address the individual needs of each of our clients. We take great pride in providing world-class customer service and support, and our staff makes sure communications by phone or email are responded to quickly and accurately. We employ an office staff to assist homeowners with questions, problems, maintenance issues, and their accounts. These individuals also work closely with the Board to prepare monthly financial reports and address the Board's particular needs as requested.
